ACTIVE — FIRST MARKETING HIRE

Go-to-market

Growth Marketing Lead

First marketer. Multiply a sales motion that already works.

New York CityFull timeOn-siteGo-to-market

Build the infrastructure that keeps grandma home.

Home care is a $100B+ industry still run on phone calls, paper, and chaos. Our AI runs the back office so agency staff can focus on care.

This is the first marketing hire. You build the function with a direct line to the CEO and to revenue, and the buyer is reachable, numerous, and underserved.

About the role

You own marketing's pipeline contribution alongside a working outbound motion. Marketing here multiplies a running engine rather than inventing one.

The surface area is wide and the budget is small: field and events around an active conference circuit, lifecycle and email, content that arms sales, paid and partner experiments, and the measurement underneath all of it.

You ship weekly. Nobody is going to hand you an agency or a plan.

What you'll own

  • Pipeline contribution: meetings held and opportunities created, with denominators you can defend.
  • Field and events across the spring and fall home care conference circuit.
  • Lifecycle and email: onboarding, nurture, reactivation of dormant pipeline.
  • Content that arms sellers: what an AE sends after a demo, and what an owner forwards to their partner.
  • Paid and partner experiments, run small, killed fast, scaled when they work.
  • Measurement end to end. You decide what we track and you report it honestly.

What we're looking for

Different paths in. The campaign session decides.

  • Early-stage growth builder: experience running demand generation or growth at a startup, with campaigns tied to pipeline numbers. First or early marketing hire is a plus.
  • Sharp specialist stepping up: deep strength in lifecycle, field, or content, plus evidence you can own the whole board.
  • The shape either way: a full-stack builder with revenue receipts who writes well, measures honestly, and ships without being asked.
  • You talk in meetings held, not MQLs.
  • You do not need an agency and a large budget to produce a result.
  • Also: NYC and in office full time.

Compensation

Highly competitive for the first marketing hire. Base and equity are both sized accordingly. We discuss the full numbers on the first call.

Interview process

The process moves quickly from start to finish.

  • Phone screen with our CEO. Result forensics, including the baseline, what you did, what moved, and how you know it was you.
  • Campaign walkthrough on a campaign you led or saved. Artifacts over adjectives.
  • Campaign design for Zingage. Bring campaign ideas, walk us through executing one, and we attack it together live.
  • References, including a former direct manager. We respond promptly with a decision.

Every candidate hears from us promptly after a decision, including rejections.

What we offer

  • Competitive base and meaningful equity. If this works, it should work for you.
  • Equipment stipend: whatever setup makes you fast.
  • Luxury gym membership in NYC. We work in health care. Yours counts too.
  • Daily lunch, and dinner when work runs past dark. Big fan of late-night jams!
  • Time off as needed. We measure output, not hours at a desk.
  • Happy hours, poker nights, and builder events in our Soho office.
  • Snacks in office, including team favorites like Gruns gummies, sardines, protein bars, and midday froyo runs.
